Our Founder
Joanna Lane (she/her) has spent nearly twenty years working across industries with organizations that have varying goals, needs and budgets. While venues and focuses differ, her vision is unchanged:
to support organizations and leaders curating a vision for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging that is authentic and strategic.
An experienced coach, mentor, ally, and advocate, Joanna supports her clients to meet their greatest potential through self-discovery, engaged learning, goal-setting, and growth for impactful and sustaining results.
After more than a decade leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, Joanna launched Lane Solutions Group in 2018. Working with individuals as well as large and small corporations, clients receive the benefit of personalized relationships and a laser-focused commitment to self-exploration and success in leadership and organizational growth.

Christopher Veal
As a former Marine officer, combat veteran and black man, Christopher Veal (he/him) leverages all this and his 25 years of experience in executive development to be a global influencer and speaker on evolving masculinity as the author of The Whole Man. He is a father, a TEDx speaker, and the host of The Vulnerable Man podcast. He also leads retreats and individual VIP days for focused transformational work in leadership and living with individuals from around the globe.

Edrenna Johnson
Edrenna Johnson (she/her) has 25 years of experience in instructional design, organizational development, design, effectiveness, individual and team interventions, and facilitation. Edrenna supports organizations with tools to best meet the needs of her clients and partners.
Edrenna is certified to administer/ facilitate: DiSC Assessments, Hogan Assessments, MBTI, Insights Discovery and the Korn-Ferry Competency Model.
Edrenna holds an MS in Organizational and Leadership Development, is CPCC (CoActive Training Institute) and, ACC (International Coach Federation.) -
Eric Peterson
Eric C. Peterson (he/him), MSOD is a recognized facilitator and educator in the diversity and inclusion space with over 20 years of experience in implicit bias, diversity and inclusion, learning strategies, and organization development.
With decades of DEI experience, Eric has helped small businesses and global corporations improve team member satisfaction and productivity through thoughtful DEI education. He has expertise in implicit bias, power dynamics, allyship, the LGBTQ community, and whiteness as a social identity.
Eric is certified in the Predictive Index and MBTI.
